Admins are also responsible for managing pending member records. Accounts are only activated once the payment process is completed. Each gym member has their own account status, with only active accounts being able to log into the system.

Managing Gym Equipment and Attendance

Users are required to provide details such as equipment name, description, purchase date, quantity, vendor information, and total cost. These records are directly linked to the expenses section, allowing the system to calculate and display the total expenses on the dashboard. This feature helps the administrator keep track of all the financial aspects related to gym equipment.

Furthermore, the system enables the admin to easily manage attendance for gym members. The attendance feature automatically records the check-in and check-out times for each member and stores them in the reports section. This allows the admin to access attendance records and view the total number of working days for each member.

The payment calculation is done by multiplying the selected services' amount with the total plan duration. Only the admin and staff members have the authority to process payments.

To initiate the payment process, the user selects the customer, chooses the desired plan (monthly or yearly), and sets the account status. After a successful transaction, the system generates payment receipts containing important details such as the transaction date, monthly charges, and the total amount. These receipts can also be printed out for reference.

In addition to managing payments, the admin has the ability to send notifications to customers. With just a single click, the admin can alert customers about pending fees or other important updates. Customers can view these notifications from their respective accounts.

Gym Announcements and Staff Management

The administrator plays a crucial role in setting and managing announcements for gym customers. This feature allows important information, upcoming events, and news to be communicated effectively to system users. The admin can enter text messages and specify the date for the announcement to be visible to all users. This ensures that everyone stays informed.

The member and progress reports offer detailed information about each member, including membership ID, services, plans, charges, payment details, and more. The admin also has the option to download or print these reports.
