Admin Panel
An admin panel is like the control center of a system. It's where the boss (the administrator) has all the power. They can do things like manage customers, orders, restaurants, categories (which are like types of restaurants, such as Italian or Chinese), and the food menu.
In this admin panel, every section has its own special details, like the name and image of a restaurant. To get everything working, the admin first sets up the restaurant's information and categories. When a restaurant registers, they have to provide a bunch of info, like their name, website, when they're open, contact details, address, category, and even a picture.
Now, this admin panel is super important because it's what makes the website show the right food to customers. But here's the catch: Only the admin can use it. No one else, like regular employees, can access this powerful control center. It's like the admin is the captain of the ship, steering everything in the right direction.
Food Menu Management
Food Menu Management is a system that helps the administrator handle all the food menus and dishes. To add a new dish, the user needs to provide details like the name, description, price, image, and select the restaurants where it is available. The system should have a list of restaurants for this to work. Each restaurant offers different food items to the customers. This system is similar to an e-commerce site, where it manages the workflow. On the customer side, they can filter food items based on different restaurants. They can also see the top 6 featured or latest dishes on the landing page.

The Online Food Order Management system allows customers to place their food orders. Once an order is placed, it appears as pending in the admin panel. The admin can see details like the customer's name, food item, quantity, price, address, status, and order date. By default, all orders are marked as dispatch status, visible to both the admin and the customer. The admin can change the status of the orders to on progress, canceled, or delivered based on the order flow. The customer's panel is updated with the order status as soon as the admin takes action.
The admin panel also provides an overview of the total number of orders, including pending, canceled, and delivered orders. It calculates and displays the total earnings from each delivered order. The system has a clean and simple dashboard with different color combinations for a better user experience. It uses Bootstrap, a free open-source CSS framework, along with some Vanilla CSS.
